2016 Ford Fiesta ST or 2016 Mazda MX-5?
2016 Ford Fiesta ST or 2016 Mazda MX-5?
1962 Ford Galaxie with a 427 and 3-speed gearbox.
That car literally weighs more than the two cars I listed combined.
>That engine literally weighs more than the two cars I listed combined.
fix'd
Thank god the 427 can be pushed up to 600hp without forced induction.
Fiesta ST, or wait for the MX5 RF
Get a Mazdaspeed miata and get the best of both worlds and spend the rest on a bigger turbo and intercooler and a tune, voilĂ 250whp at 2400lbs

It's basically an automatic. Just even more unreliable
???
The fiesta st doesn't come in an auto
Actually the Fiesta St is slower in a straight line
how is a manual "basically an automatic?"
I mean, if this is the point where you tell me you were just pretending to be retarded, I guess I'd be okay with it
I sell cars Miata is the way to go
Guys guys guys
was saying that auto STs don't exist. thinks auto STs do exist, and he's saying that a DCT is basically an automatic, which incorrect, since it is not just basically an automatic, but 100% an automatic.
Is the Fiesta really that unreliable?
>an automated manual is 100% an automatic
b-b-but mah semantics!
>DCT is basically an automatic
Ok, I am likely buying a FIST in the next year, but this is the first I have heard of this.
It has a clutch. How is that not just a manual. What voodoo are we talking about.
If a transmission has a "D" mode, it's an automatic.

The ST come in manual only dipshit. No DCT. no auto.

Cool story

If you have a second vehicle I'd get the MX-5, if it's your only transportation I'd get the Fiesta.
They serve pretty different functions.
If you're getting an ST don't bother with a 2016, just get the cheapest one you can.

I really wanted to like the fiata. I think it looks fucking amazing and makes the miata look like it's angry retarded cousin, but they had to go and fuck with the engine.
I am looking at the used market for Fiesta ST's and the price difference between a used 2014 and new 2016 is barely $2k. I'll just buy new. Also, the 2016 has some slight upgrades from 14/15. (Ford Sync 3, and I think different ecu flash)
I haven't thought an MX5 look this goofy since the NC was born.
Vert+hardtop will cover all bases and save weight
>Fiat car
>Alfa engine
Well it will be more exciting, never knowing when your next breakdown will be.
What the fuck are you talking about. It's a mazda car (very reliable) with the Abarth 1.8T engine, which is known for actually being very tough, despite being Fiat built.
