Holy is fine but Prot is absolutely destroyed. Feels very weak compared to WoD prot and if you played WoD prot, you'd be wanting to kill yourself right now.

Use control undead on any northrend undead npc. The giants in icecrown are a good choice
Move them along the ground all the way to any other zone. Usually crystalsong forest because it's extremely close to the icecrown border with all the putrid giants
When you enter the new zone, fly upwards until the undead gets removed as your pet

If done correctly, the undead will be bugged and considered friendly to everyone and will never leash away from you. You can stack this effect to theoretically bring every single undead in northrend to dalaran.

If you log out (not disconnect or hearth) the undead will stay in that spot for a while

So leveling via dungeons in Legion will be shit just like it has been in the last two expansions. Awesome. Can't wait to try to do the same quest with a thousand other people!
