It is coming out from that drain pipe. I think the shaft seal on the water pump must be on its way out.
Do you think that would be a drain hose for that issue? I looked on the parts fish but it doesn't really show it.
Did an oil change and the oil had no water contamination, so I assume that is the pupose of that drain.

I was thinking of a grom, but they're overpriced and a little too small for my liking.

Go out and try an R3 or CBR 300. good bikes, low cost, low maintenance, you can take the highway if you need to. and good on surface streets.

You will need to replace the mechanical seal, but it may be best due to the age and amount of km's your bike has to replace the bearing, oil seal, mechanical seal and the impeller shaft.
parts 6,4,3 and 2 is what you will be needing. oh and new o-ring for the pump cover. pic related

Rebel 250 is a moped. I'm 6' and is like being on a kids bike. It did make paying my license easy, but I wouldn't get one unless you're a Manlet out a grill

Also depending on your area you may find a decent 400/500 cc bike on Craig's list for around that price. Be wary though. Some people have beaten these midsize bikes into the dirt, then look to cash in when they buy something new or break a part that costs half as much as the bike will sell for.
Avoid KTMs Haojiangs and strange off brand Chinese bikes. You might be able to find them for cheap, but getting repair parts will take forever as they come on the same slow boat from china.
