Change oil

>change oil
>bury plastic oil jug behind apartment

>thinks hes doing something bad
>doesn't know oil comes from the ground

that seems like considerably more effort than just taking it to autozone

I threw away a plastic bag with it today
is that bad?

Why tho? Like, I doubt you'll never go to an autozone ever again, just keep it to the side until you go again. Or just save em for a rainy day, I have like 20, 5 quart jugs filled with 6 quarts of used motor oil each just chillen in my garage.

>change oil
>put used oil in the leftover bottles
>return it back to the store

>change coolant
>leave it around the neighborhood for dogs to lick

this

Why not just pour it down the drain. It's liquid and it'll just dissolve with water overtime. Shit's like 2nd grade knowledge

Yeah and only 2nd grade kids would find stance cool.
Always recycle your used motor oil, OP.

I drain coolant straight onto the ground. Is this any harmful to grass?

Not at all, totally cool for environment.

>change oil and coolant
>let both drain onto the ground
>throw plastic jugs in the trashcans
Is this supposed to be wrong?

It'd be easier to go to any parts store or lube shop and dumping your oil over there.

I change my oil in the parking lot of the my local O'Riellys.

>bury oil jug
>jug
Americans have the dumbest shit for working on cars I swear, the fact that you can fit a jug under your car screams brotruck driving micropenis fuckwit too.

>"his car is equivalent to/compensating for his penis" meme
Jesus dude.

You know that thing you just posted? You use that to pour the old oil back into the oil jug/bottle the new stuff came in. How do you euros do it?

The jug is to pour the used oil into after you've drained it, you disgusting euro trash.

Wouldn't coolant just evaporate?

They pour it in their ass

I changed my oil over a manhole grate once. The perfect dip made for the easiest break at work.

I also mixed coolant at the deli sinks.

The only thing I would ever consider draining onto the ground is my diff because I keep It filled with damp fine sawdust and have to change it weekly... but there's no chemicals in it at all so it's fine.

>It's liquid and it'll just dissolve with water overtime.
Oil isn't soluble in water you mong.

Run of the mill alkanes are non-polar, they don't like to mix with the polar H2O molecules.

We just dump it out in the park

>he doesnt dumb his oil into the neighbors pool or the municipal water supply

>not dumping it on a spotted owls nest, and lighting it on fire in Canada's bush country

That would be a hoot!

clearly you never passed the 2nd grade

>change oil
>pour used oil into roundup sprayer
>spray on gravel driveway to keep the dust down

Muh dioxins

>digging a hole instead of just leaving it in front of autozone after hours
You're not being lazy or clever, just stupid. Digging a hole and burying something is far more effort than just dropping it off at the auto parts store.

...

>change oil
>dump entire container (5+ litres) in neighbours pool at 3am
>next day see their dog floating in the pool dead

>"I know, I'll use fancy chemistry buzzwords to sound cool on Veeky Forums"

He's not wrong, though.

ethylene glycol is mildly toxic but will degrade in a few weeks.
just buy the biodegradable one.

Never said he was, but there was no reason to explain why oil isn't soluble in water other than to impress the 14 year olds on this site

>fancy chemistry words
Did you never make it to highschool?

>literal middle-school chemistry words
>fancy
Well now we know who is a dropout in this thread.

>posting the same thing twice
??????????

That means 2 different people are calling you an idiot

>not knowing how to check if two posters are the same
spotted the nufag

???????????

Enlighten us wizard.

So why the fuck does oil and water melt together when you have a blown headgasket? Fuckin retard

its not a homogeneous mixture dipshit. they're still separate.

I didn't know you were actually that stupid, well done

fuck, gs400. i think your car looks great and i really want to like you, but that is some full-retard-tier "what the fuck are you doing nigger" nonsense. get it together, man.

>1993+23
>not saving your oil for when you burn your worn out tires and smashed pallets
wew lads

...

LEL

Now I can safely say that "stancefag" and "fucking retard" are synonyms. No wonder you find pleasure in such stupid activities.

The nonsense is that you actually think that's me.
I dispose of my oil in barrels that are picked up bi-weekly :)

This is why Trump must build the wall.

>burning your tires, oil and smashed pallets
Nice third world you've got there.

>namefag meaning anyone can impersonate him
>LOL DUMB STANCEFAG

>Implying they teach polarity in middle school
>Implying that middle school chem isn't just looking at the periodic table and knowing the difference between a chemical change and a physical change as well as knowing what constants, dependent, and independent variables are

kek

What backwater middle school did you go to? Did they teach creationism there?

>not taking high school physical science in 8th grade
What are you, fucking retarded?

Check'd and kek'd

>change oil
>use old oil as fuel for the burn barrel
Fuckin city kids and your recycling

My school taught acids./bases, Lewis diagrams, basic quantum stuff, gas laws, basic organic chem like in anons post and so on.. We were learning how to balance chemical equations in year 10

However, i didn't go to school in burgerland

It's an American thing
>sister brings her new friend over
>oh she's in grade 9
>implying a 9th grader has a body like that
>oh she's 18
>wait what?

Turns out highschool education in Florida is so behind that it only equates to 9th grade in Ontario. That chick's 20 now and finally graduating highschool, with high honours too

Yeah no. I grew up in Florida and took all AP classes and got a 5 on every exam.

>wasting gas driving your shit to the dump
>wasting money having someone remove it for you
>not returning things to their base carbon
wew lad. such a refined city boy.

Why do Americans mention AP classes like it's some hot shit? Nobody in Canada ever mentions they took university level courses over college level courses because that would be like 50% of students
