No. There's a bunch of things wrong with the art direction that has nothing to do with either of those artists. One of the main problems with the art direction is that there seems to be very little direction.

I've seen people get a 5* servant with a single roll, which happened to me with Dantes, and I've seen people spend countless amount of quartz to get a 5*, again happened to me too in Okeanos. We'll see what side lady luck places me on.
