I have. I'm not particularly great at it. The torps are kinda neat in that they're super aimable. The biggest problem with the ship, really, is the speed and fragility. The guns are okay, though.

I have three 100K damage Ibuki losses in a row, on my fourth one, my internet dropped while loading and by the time I got in the curbstomp was almost over. Got 500xp with the 200% bonus out of that win. Then on my Izumo I spent the entire match splicing or overpenning, ate three Fubuki torps because the game decided I wasn't allowed to turn even while I was holding down A, lost 60K credits and gained 1200xp with the bonus.
