fastest way is Outfit Studio.
Open Bodyslide > Outfit Studio
Then File > Load nif
After you have done fixing/tweaking, choose Export and name your nif > Save
If you wanna make mashup, better learn 3ds max or nifskope

It's pretty bad. I don't mind archery, but melee is awful. The only mod I use to adjust it just makes attacks hit harder, so combat is quick and brutal.
