This would work as an all op item, one dedicated op would be a waste. Honestly I can think of no better way than to reduce the amount of reinforcements given.

Why dont you stop roaming if you're having trouble? When playing ranked I let my team know that theyre stretching their limit and to head back toward objective, and because its ranked they usually make an effort to follow along.
Now I just have to find a way to convince them not to reinforce every wall they see on drone phase.

Thermite was in bathroom on boarder, sticks a charge on a reinforced wall, the thing blows open, and then the barricade flickers back into existence. The wall was gone, but the barrier was not. There was even enough room with the wall being mission for the Thermite to shoot through a small crack and get a kill.
