If I had to picture a goat monster-human hybrid I would think they would look like a goat monster but with more human like features, like fur that would have a color similar to human skin color and probably no horns and less floppyer ears and probably shorter height too.
But that's just what I imagine.

I can see possibly either a darker fur color or matching hair to their human parents, and shorter height would make sense.
