It's talking about clients that aren't certified by jagex/change graphical settings in the game, for example, the osrs hd client that isn't being worked on anymore. They said in the post that its hard to identify a client that makes the game "HD" from a botting client. And incase you were wondering, half the people that play osrs use osbuddy.

People also forget to mention that the only reason there are bots is cause there's enough legit non-botting players in the game that will buy the resources that these bots or collecting. For example, green drag bots that you can find on every world, they're the reason dbone prices are low. Could you imagine what the price of dbones/hides would be if there were no bots?

This, bots are very important to the Runescape economy. Staking bots at the duel arena also help facilitate gambling and gamblers are a big chunk of Jagex's income.

I've been chilling at green drags for a like 7 hours and made about 2 mill not including loot from clue scrolls. Rarely I will see a 100+ account. Makes me wonder how much money they've made if all those lvls are from green drags.

I saw a 95/95/95 or something similar to those stats, def 90+, green drag bot. Idk how but I guess it's just one of the few that hasn't gotten banned. Maybe the owner plays on another account while he bots on it and responds to any legit players that come by, or maybe plays on the bot account sometimes to make it look legit.

I could tell it was a bot too cause it was wearing the same armor all green drag bots wear and had one of those names like "22 fred 54532" or something like that.

Try testing out RS3 a lot of shit has gotten better since EOC. I use to be on the hate train with it but after playing on a new ironman for a few hours it's grown on me quite a bit.
