We had a "fps fix" a while ago and it did literally nothing.

It did a decent amount for me but after the last patch it seems like all the optimization they did disappeared.

The deleted post was an exact copy/paste of an old post. Retyping the one liner with a fresh set of errors probably would've been faster than looking up the old one.

We can see that the deleted posts were made at 8:35 and 8:37, with 8:40 replies pointing out they had already been deleted by then. The janitors don't check reports that quickly, and they need to escalate posts to a ban request queue to ban all posts by an IP, so it's either a coincidence where an older post outside /tosg/ happened to trigger a mass deletion at the right time, or someone false flagged and self-deleted.

Rance allows people who ask to leech from him, they only have to get to Dina Bee Farm (you can run there pretty easily from Septyni Glen) and be able to get on the bee pole. He has really weird hours though.
