From what I noticed all the content seemed original. Its just a fan game / a parody / whatever, I don't see any copyright or trademark infringement going on. Just roll with. Capcom didn't fuck over MMU or MMxSF, I don't think Nintendo cares about this since its not a rom hack or a translation.
