if you're just learning fighting games in general, the best game to play would be breakers revenge
while this is a shit game to actually get in to, it's probably the best game to get familiar with fighting games in general
it has simple street fighter game play, with very easy inputs and easy combos, execution is simple
you should move on to another game once you're comfortable because high level breakers is shit

There's literally no other reason to play any other character than Ryu, Chun, and Nash. Playing any other character, god forbid any of the DLC characters, is only gimping yourself. SFV is such fucking trash.
Same could be said for almost any fighting game.
