>there are people from /aceg/ on /v/ right now posting our OC instead of keeping us alive Fuck this I'm going to bed.
Aaron Howard
I second this.

Before I go to sleep, I'm gonna bump by sharing some stupid thoughts I've been having. I really like JoJo, and one of the things I really like about JoJo are the over-the-top, larger-than-life characters. I've been really craving an Ace Combat game that's more like JoJo in that sense. Think about it: >new enemy ace squadron appears >menacing sound effects while an unsettling color pallete is used >almost every ace is Varcolac/Hamilton-tier of ham and dramaticism >most still have very valid or ambitious motives and charmingly [insert adjective here] personalities >liveries and emblems are extremely stylized >abundance of "NANI?!?!" and "MASAKA!!! BAKANA!!!" And their english equivalents when you outmaneuver them Belkan War is basically JoJo ace combat without the ham with the way it handles ace squadrons, while Cross Rumble has more ham and cheese, especially for Beast and Cocoon Squadron. Unsung has the ham, but not so much the charm or cleverness, both in characters and in writing.
Jordan Torres
That sounds incredibly shitty.

Everyone wants AC4-5-0-6-X remakes, and here I am, just crying that we'll never get the JP Electrosphere remake.
Jonathan King
Go away thundy
Kayden Mitchell
Electrosphere is old enough they would never remaster it, but rather remake. And while AHL was kinda good, it's really not AC2, AC04 was more similiar to AC2 than its remake.

Do you think there is any chance that paintschemes and emblems from previous AC games will appear in AC7 as unlockables instead of DLC?
Juan Lee
You haven't been here very long, have you?
Brayden Bell
I'd like to hope so, but judging from what I've seen, it'll probably be paid DLC.
Aaron Hall
...
Benjamin Bell
Is this general taking a break until AC7 comes out?
Samuel Wood
No idea. This fucking place is dead half the time anyway.
Give me some time It need to be plane/AC relevant And recognizable
Cooper Young

Lincoln Mitchell

Elijah Miller
For what purpose did the murican govt. asked for a VTOL plane ? Like seriously. Small runways ?
Justin Wright
I have no idea. We were fine with the F-22 but now even the JSF is falling through.
Jack Russell
Marines wanted STOVL capabilities for their LHDs, and the government didn't want to issue a separate design requirement for the jarheads, so their STOVL request got tossed in with the USN and USAF requirements when they issued the JSF outline
Ryder Reyes
Literally no one has been asking for a remake of 6 or X.
Why not a brand new attack chopper though ? That's it, i'm booting my PS2 Time for some Zero
Lucas Thompson
Because sometimes you need something with a little more speed than a Cobra, and because the Cobras are getting continuously upgraded, while the Harriers are reaching the end of their airframe capabilities and upgrade potential

Out of curiosity, i looked up the old ACs on amazon (4-5-0) >50-100 yourobucks on brand new titles Wew. And they're not even that popular for normies Also european (french ?) localisation changed the titles it's awful It's amazing on how a ground force is dictating it's demands on PLANES I mean, air force is there for that. Why are marines so independant from the rest of the army ?
Jackson Hill
...
Colton Ross
Marines, in the US, are part of the Department of the Navy.
The Navy is the Navy, has its own Air Force, and has its own ground force. Which also operates fixed wing planes.
Meanwhile the Army isn't allowed to own the A-10s it wants so badly.
Politics.
Landon Robinson
Because whether or not they want to admit it, the USMC is part of the US Navy, which has always maintained a separate aviation service from the Air Force
Grayson Garcia
...
Ethan James
The USMC has more planes than most air forces.
Charles Morgan
I understand that, as marine commandos are a thing But it's the navy that gets to ask, not the soldiers depending of it. How did one group got so much power ? They are basically a fourth branch of the US armed forces now from what i see, among the original three (Air force, navy, army)
Carter Harris
Don't forget the coast guard, our 2nd navy.
Dominic Jones
That's where i'm starting to not understand shit at how the US are using military and police forces Every damn thing seems to be independant from one another (the police having to many agencies having dick contests everytime on who should do what) Why isn't grouping up under one command a thing ?
Xavier Lee
It is under one command, you just need to go up really far to find it.
Basically, only the president or a 5 star general.
Wyatt Long
We've only had two military officers command the entire military.
George Washington, and John Pershing.
Jaxon Martinez
Badly said, imma restart Grouped up under one branch of the army/police and WORKING TOGETHER. It just so strange to me Does it seems normal to you ? Wew. That's... Why ?
Jason Martin
Because the entire US system of governance was originally set up so as to hobble government as much as possible.
Remember the US was a nation founded through armed revolution against what they perceived as tyranny.
Michael Gray
Grouping up under a unified command tends to be a mission-specific organizational structure, rather than an overall doctrine. This is because land, sea, and air forces have very different operating methods that don't lend themselves to a single unified command
Cooper Morris
Well then. I'll be less dumb when i go to bed Thaks for the explanation Oseans I meant grouping under one of the three branches ofc
Matthew Reyes
A combination of interservice rivalry, different tactical and strategic thinking, and the difficulties of unifying whole command structures
John Perez
hello, is this game like star fox 64?
Isaac Kelly
...
Evan Brooks
I'm not kidding, I'm a potential new player, I just wanted to know if this game is just as fun or even more fun than star fox 64.
Ryder Morales
Star fox is still on some rails, right? This blows it out of the water, then
Jonathan Parker
Hold on, imma compile some YT vids for you and you'll make yourself an idea
TL;DW : It's not a rail shooter, and most of the games have a great storyline
Kayden Barnes
i dont think this game is my cup of tea.
i'll just hang out since I can see this thread is very much dead.
planes look cool, though.
Connor Watson
Aww But why ? it's ok lad you can hang out as much as youw ant. We need the bump power Also forgot to link the only thing we have wbout the next Ace Combat game youtube.com/watch?v=_zuBSUJfpBk

>6 >non-shit Memes aside, you forgot X
Juan Carter
Oh shit yeah. I always forgot about the DS ones
Cooper Robinson
>DS Buddy, I
Carson Moore
Do you think Chopper loved Nagase?
Cooper Myers
helicopters can't love, user
Luis Clark
>DS Shit Never go full retard gents
Jonathan Scott
...
Austin Reyes
I'm still waiting on the fan translation
Landon Green
Disc 1 is translated user
Anthony Jackson
Is there a way to finish the game only using the disc 1 content? I know it has multiple story paths but surely that would take you onto the second disc eventually.
Nathaniel Brown
Two paths are entirely contained in Disc 1
Ayden Scott
ACbro has finished it already I think
Easton Jones
Boy do I feel retarded now, but thanks user.
Jordan Parker
Don't sweat it bro, gotta ask questions. How else will you find out?
you guys want to see some de-classified blueprints?
Asher Edwards
Do you have these for other aircraft?
Gabriel Smith
'Fraid not. I've got cutaways of a million different planes but that's the only legitimate manufacturer proposal that I have.
Adrian Bennett
Darn.
Michael Sanchez
Actually just found one for the SR-71. Still looking.
Chase Miller
This looks like an early General Dynamics design proposal for the ATF program.
Wyatt Rodriguez
This looks like a proto-T-50. It seems at this stage of development, 2004-5, they hadn't quite gotten the fuselage and wings arranged quite right yet.
Cameron Parker
This appears to be some kind of F-16 prototype.
Dylan Murphy
This looks like a pretty design for the F4F Wildcat.
Joshua Bailey
Whoops, F6F Hellcat.
Here's a Wildcat.
Tyler Diaz
This here is a Grumman G-44 'Widgeon'.
Hunter Perez
Here's a Bell P-39 Airacobra.
Xavier Long
Looks like it might be designs for an early F-16XL
You can see the Flanker heritage
Charles James
Speaking of Flankers, I found this. Not sure if this is just designs or actual blueprints.
Levi Jones
I did a little research on this one, it's an early, early design for the Avro Arrow. As you can see, the delta wing is pretty much the only thing the intended mass production model had in common with this prototype.
Dominic Kelly
It's too clean to be anything but a blueprint
Wyatt Rivera
This wasn't intended to be the Arrow from the start. Roy Chadwick, the artist, died in 1947, but later on Avro designers clearly liked the design enough to use aspects of it.
I hope so, I love this shit.
'Nother Flanker.
Lucas Flores
F-16 right here.
Lucas Carter
This is an early design for the F-16, dated April 6th 1971.
Asher Edwards
Yet another potential F-16 design, dated August 13th 1971.
Lucas Cook
FUUUUUUUUCK
Easton Lewis
Here's an F8F-2 Bearcat.
Connor Evans
'Nother T-50 design.
Tyler Cox
>bearcat How's that even work ? Who names that shit
