When someone tries to ram you from the side, let off the throttle and corrective steer back into them, most of the time they end up fucking themselves right off the road.

If you see someone coming up from behind, try to position yourself in front of them and tap the brakes so they rear end you instead, doing this usually pisses them off though.

It takes some balls and a little bit of luck but usually you can work right through that pack of cars fucking each other at the start of the race

Stunt track if anyone wants to try it out. The roosevelt can handle it but I wouldn't try anything slower and I don't recommend using bikes since there's something wrong with the ramp than spins you out and make you lose momentum at the bottom of the dip.

Warehouse (880k for the cheapest medium one)
Buzzard (1.75M to make it easy mode)

You can unlock new vehicles by doing heists, and some of them are Pegasus. But you don't need to do them specifically to get Pegasus. It's just a service that gives you larger vehicles that don't go in the garage.
