Doomfist - The titular "Doomfist" has been rumored to be an upcoming hero for quite some time however, Doomfist's gauntlet is the payload on the Numbani map. This means that Doomfist may not become a playable character in the future although it's not certain as the devs have said they've considered making him a playable character. Things can change though.
Athena - The white, feminine-looking omnic in the Overwatch cinematic trailer who has the "Athena" logo on her forehead. Her body has been spotted on the Temple of Anubis map and she already has a role in the game, the announcer. Some have pointed out to a similar character seen in "Recall" (one-eyed, white) but they are not the same character, as it looks masculine. It's possible Athena was scrapped long ago.
Fusionator - Referenced in the Overwatch cinematic trailer, not much is known about this hero but he is has been rumored to be the Hazmat and might've functioned as this game's pyro. Many have said that he was concept that evolved into Mei while others suggest that several of his abilities were implemented into Ana.

Currently at 71 and got there solo, and as pic related showed you, it's a mix of support and carry tanks.

If you are really got at offense, then just play those. It's better if you pick someone you are comfortable with and are able to carry with, rather than to be forced to pick a healer and just lose the game due to your team sucking ass at your favorite hero.

You can also just party up with a friend and get boosted. Youknow, like almost everyone did.
