pretty as fuck but thats about it

I'm expecting a circlejerk about how FWD sucks.

Do they have shit engines? Veeky Forums complains about their reliability, but I have learned not to trust anonymous fillipino imageboards too much

Bumping with another picture

il duce was useless. can't do anything without hand holding.

>great diesel engines
>legendary 1.75 TBi
What do you think?
To Veeky Forums the only thing that is reliable is either a shitvic or a poorolla

will have one in my shop next week, owner us some russian imigrant. had an accident on the front right. it was almost an economical total loss. quote was +- 3500. insurance will only give 3000.

It seems that the diesels are popular, most listings in my are are with diesel engines. What's special about the 1.75 TBi?

Also don't forget about the Busso. Which is the best sounding V6 ever made.
But I'm sure those go for a premium and they're pretty rare.

So which engines are the best? The 1.75 seems to be a bit thirsty for daily driving.
Also, what are some common issues to watch for?

Get a 2.0 JTDm, then.

>Also, what are some common issues to watch for?
Eh, not that I know of. Lurk some Alfa forums.

>Fiat shill posting about reliability

So sorry I hurt your feelings.

Our Guardia Civil has them with the remapped 2.4 JTD engine. They are difficult to outrun.

>the best sounding V6 ever made
One of the best, definitely. The best, not sure.

The original Dino comes to mind, too. The V6 Jag makes also sounds pretty good.

>yfw Giuseppe Busso died three days after Alfa ended the Busso V6 production
Truly magical, tbqh.

I'm gonna throw Mazda's K-series out there as well, and >Hyundai's 3.8l Lambda V6 has a pretty mean induction noise.

friendly reminder the 159 doesn't have a Busso V6, but a GM engine normally used in Holdens.

Alfa Romeo changed the heads and added Diret Injection though

Audi V6s sound pretty good too.

Well, it seems you're right.

> The engine was replaced in the 159 and Brera by a new 3.2 L V6 unit combining a General Motors-designed engine block with Alfa Romeo cylinder heads and induction.

damn right
the feels

looks amazing, otherwise, poorly built, FWD shitbox

>poorly built
lol, you literally have no idea what you're talking about

>accepting alfa romeo build quality standards

Yeah, they're not built like a fucking C Class, but that doesn't mean it's "poorly built."
Fucking Veeky Forums, always grasping extremes.

They're built well, but the reliability of their parts or electronics isn't really great.

>alfa electronics
>massive panel gaps on modern cars
>poor rust protection on the underbody
fuck off
