How does census not work properly? If you do /who c-"warrior" 1-10 it lists all the 1-10 warriors correctly.

I'm 99% certain that a person in my guild, who I chat, farm, and run dungeons with often is a celebrity. His play schedule/availability makes sense, the days he can't make it to raids lines up perfectly with podcasts, interviews, etc that he's been in since he joined my guild, he doesn't speak in teamspeak (says his mic is broken), and he avoids talking about his personal life though he said he was in "creative design".
I'd ask him, but I know he would say no, even if he really was the person I think he is. I wouldn't tell anyone though.

Have you tested it? I see agi scroll as agi buff like scorpok, i'll test it next raid (scorpok stack with mangoose).

Scroll doesnt stack with mongoose. I tested it, you get the buff, not actual stats.
juju speed is only melee iirc.
and i'm pretty sure the scroll says a more powerful spell is already active.

i'll add the health buff, it's also great to allow your raid mates to get their buff easily, good idea.
