Most long duration skills such as doppels cyclone, monks energy blast and otherwise are all affected, top kek.

I'm really surprised at how many of these repeatable quests they added at low level. They're all really simple, interact with spawned thing 9 times or kill 10 mobs, but there are a lot of them and the cards they spit out really add up. Also, spawns are WAY thicker. I think the patch said 30% but it feels closer to 50%. Quests that used to take forever are really quick now.

Some maps got up to 3* increase in spawn rate but yeah, quests are alot faster now.
They no longer need to use as much artificial difficulty as before since they're soon releasing r8.

Yea it's the one thing they did right, maps that were previously awful because things never spawned are fine now and you don't need to swap between every channel in alemeth to get decent exp/hr now

Because Cyclone has long cooldown and Deeds boost all of your skills.

Pied Piper will be best used with Deoplyment type skills like Broom Trap and Wugu poison and various other traps.

So build to place it in will most likely be:
ArcherC2>SapperC2>WuguC2>???>PiedPiper

Since you can coral a ton of mobs with pied piper skill like mindcontrol of the druid but you can move AND you can continually control anything that comes close to your character except bosses.
