Currently we have enough people for at least normal/HC progress, but if we get enough for a mythic raid we can move onto them, if timescales allow it

Currently our raid times are planned to be a main raid on Fridays (starting at 7pm server time) and a secondary/cleanup raid on Sat or Sunday (starting from 6pm server time)

Its squishier than everything because we havent got any defenses for arena that match the defenses and dmg of the other classes. I got my 1.5 min not usable while stunned 40 % dmg reduction for 8 seconds .. and gust of wind every 15 sec.

Thats not enoguh in Arena when you are trained 24/7 as an elemental shaman. And since lava burst proccs do no dmg now, we actually need to cast our DPS, which is impossible while trained = do no damage and die within 20 seconds.

For two years monks were a needlessly difficult at DPS, while only giving very, very mediocre results even for the best players.
Two years of that made a lot of people switch class I imagine.
