The wings are unlocked one by one each week, you can't buy all of the with gold on the first week, THEREFORE YOU CAN'T GET THE CARDBACK WITH GOLD.

You still have to buy all 4 wings with money if you want the exclusive the cardback, the "preorder reward" is still there.

One mana purify would promote thinner, leaner decks more likely to have the combos they want. Hearthstone devs do not want that, and for good reason. Purify that could target any minion would make card text less relevant, which is something hearthstone devs resolved to move away from during the ironbeak nerf, and for good reason. Purify is as pushed as it could be without causing other problems. If you want to complain about priest cards being unusable and unhelpful, complain about the other two slots where Blizzard could have given a good card but didn't. Don't complain about the meme card, because you'll be dismissed as a tryhard and none of your whining will change anything.

At least Owl hasn't seen play since the nerf hit. Sucks that Paladin is still tier-4 though, even with how good N'zoth is.

I did none of those things you autist, I mockingly summarized Kibler's statement regarding purify, despite it being wrong in every way.

Kibler is trying to soften the blow, as this guy was saying by basically going 'purify is not a very impressive card but might be fun to play in tavern brawls bla bla', which is a severe understatement - purify is dogshit, but the real kicker is that there are plenty of dogshit cards in hearthstone, for instance the post-nerf warsong commander.

The issue is that the balancing team decides to create a dogshit card and give it to the dogshit class. And that's where poor design lies.

If purify came in The Grand Tournament, there wouldn't be much issue as the set already has a number of meme tier dogshit priest cards (confuse). The problem is that whilst each class gets only three cards in this set and priest was desperately looking to fill in the void created by lightbomb and velens leaving, it got purify.

Menagerie might not be as powerful as people expect. Brawl handles it, Paladin has a complete clear and just playing Sylvanas into it is pretty efficient.
