It's not supposed to crash your system m8, but if you have errors, that's bad.

Any specific cores?

Have you run memtest? See if you get errors on that, if so, go through every combination of RAM sticks in your system and see if there are any combinations that do not produce errors.

Also triple check your cpu voltage, memory voltage, and memory timings. I don't trust those goddamn "auto-(de-)overclocking" bios things to set them right.

Can't hurt to run it multiple times and see if you get the same pattern of errors.

One other thing I thought of: go into your bios and monitor the voltage you're getting from your power supply to your chip and your memory. Make sure it's consistent. I've never seen a power supply fail but it could happen.

i hadn't had any andros before and wasn't expecting them at all. i heard the sectopod moving around but didn't know there was an andro until i got to the relay. i knew i was fucked the second i saw it.

Are you using cheats? Andros should appear a month or two before seeing the first sectopod.

it was the first time i had seen a sectopod on this playthrough too. only stuff i'm using is QOL and the long war mods.

I've had sectopods appear before andros in vanilla before now. Sometimes RNG just decides to have non spawn even when they could and puts a sectopod in at the earliest possible moment.

I think not created equal was a mistake to use as now that I am T3 armor and T3 weapons I feel unstoppables even with better advent pods + and shit.

Yeah second wave remastered. On the one hand I really do like it to introduce more of a variety in your units so 2 grenadiers are never the same - even if you give them different abilities or they get a different GTS perk.

On the other hand endgame on that broken save I had rangers (LW) with something like 90-100 basic aim + 20 superior scope + 17-20 PCD whatever it's called.

I'll prob run with it again because it was really only GG no RE at the endgame and that always happens. Up until then it was tough but managable

Really? I tried it once, but squaddies with 8 health and 70% flanking crit were a major turn-off.

I'm playing Xcom 2 with the longwar toolbox mod, plus aba, aba all the enemies, and LW perks and LW ayys. I've got squad size set to six base, eight max. I just bought the first squad size up, but once I deploy I can't use the 7th member of my squad. I can select them manually, but tab and shift skip over them. When I select them manually they have no move range displayed and can't move if I tell them to move to a tile I'm sure they can reach. Anybody else have this problem?

Thanks. And I'm more of a scrub so I've also scaled up the campaign as I play (Did the first campaign without any cheets). So I started off with no pod increase on 4 squaddies, went with it on 5-6 squaddies, went to pod+ on 7-8 squaddies.

What other classes in there are good? I want to make a third SPARK. First one was a standard one and second one is a Goliath, who I'm feeling a bit underwhelmed with as I didn't really get a chance to test his tanking and his offensive is balls.

Use a scout, you can clearly see that they "retreat" toward another squad.

Anyone else having X2 completely shit the bed. Everything was fine before I decided to get the LW alien pack and now all my game runs at 13fps and missions run in Piccolo Space.

/xcg/, I've recently been informed that the Cost Based Ability Colors mod for X2 is responsible for a great deal of slowdown on the geoscape. However, the mod is great and makes the tactical game far more enjoyable to play. Therefore, I come to you and ask if anyone here has a replacement mod that is worth having.

So, does /xcg/ have a replacement for Cost Based Ability Colors? Or, failing that, does anyone have a fix for it so that it doesn't ruin the geoscape?
