It wouldn't be so bad if his kit was more restrictive. Yasuo shitting damage even when he's not building items intended to help him is a problem. Added with the fact that his personal shield will block one spell that's crucial to putting him down early and the 50% armor pen on his short cooldown ult only makes it worse.

The only real solution is to make his basic abilities use wind as his resource and make them last longer or stronger based off how much he has

Just played a game vs Kled. Is he broken? It seemed so from first glance, all that mobility, shields, while shitting damage. Also took him just a few seconds to get the mount (and 2-3k HP) back lategame.

Look up sinickle's guide, any other build on ww is wrong. Either go full tank, bloodrazor into full tank, or bloodrazor/wits full tank. Ga, visage every game. I've also had a lot of success with cinderhulk into bork/wits, then full tank. WW does a fuck ton of damage with his q, ult, passive, and fervor already ,you dont' need to build much damage on him to do well.
