So I am about to try A6S as a WHM, I usually play scholar. Was watching some youtube videos to see what people do and I noticed a couple people seem to be casting unnecessary Cures to proc Freecure. Is that a legitimate thing? I mostly play WHM in expert and weeping city so I haven't healed a real fight with it yet. Seems like a waste of GCDs, but I do frequently run into MP problems when trying to DPS and heal for prolonged fights, should I be trying to proc freecures instead of throwing stones all the time?

I'm too used to legacy controls where I can swiftly turn around and Elusive jump. I recently learned that legacy is hampering my DPS by missing auto attacks. Now I'm having troubles of doing a quick Elusive jump like before. Any advice would be helpful.
