Sure if you just play it once but despite the game trying to make you feel bad about resetting. It actually has a lot of things to encourage multiple playthroughs.

Obviously there's neutral, pacifist and genocide but then you can also do things like asshole pacifist (killing no one but generally being a dick to everyone). You can do challenge runs (no hit, no food, etc). And also a bunch of little secrets that you probably won't have found without reading up about it anyway.
