It's probably the aspen leaves. I think there are some mods that do something about them.
And this should go without saying, but avoid mods that retexture Rift trees as they're quite plentiful and can greatly diminish performance depending on your build.

Thanks bby. Landscapes shots aren't my strong suit (and the ENB isn't really suited for them), but I'll keep at it.
You can remove the Aspen leaves falling from the trees for some FPS gan, otherwise just downgrade your aspen tree textures. With Verdant and SFO, it's probably one of the most taxing areas in the game for me.

Besides maybe Sah'zi, your characters looks like their eyes aren't properly aligned to the head. It's like you installed the CITRUS Heads mod for it's meshes, but without any alterations, your character will look like pic-related. So you've aligned the eyes back in to the head where they look appropriate, but they're a little bit to far in. That's what it looks like to me.
Or maybe its the eye-shadow that's creating that illusion and I don't know what the fuck am I talking about.
