The quality is suffering. The print jobs look faded and the vinyl feels cheap. I hope you have something in mind to up your quality game.

nice, on a scale on 1-retarded how bad of an idea would it be to put them on paint?

the reason why people say don't put vinyl on paint is it will make the paint fade unevenly.

so if you ever decide to remove it 5 years from now a spot will be "burned" into the paint in the shape of watsmile, but at that point your paint is pretty fucked anyways.

removing it is a bit of a hassle though since you could scratch the clear coat or even the paint itself if you decide to go full retard with a metal razorblade. it definitely becomes a problem when the vinyl gets old and cracked though it would be like removing any old bumper sticker and you would use goof off or something.

Not that user, but would the paint fade fast enough on a brand new car for that effect to even matter? I wanted to slap some stuff on there, but I don't want any marks left on the paint if I decide to sell it somewhere down the line.

it's not impossible to remove a sticker. is also right too. it's just that putting it on paint just makes it more time consuming to remove.
