It's some sort of fix for when your game crashes every time you try to save or autosave or whatever.

Maybe run DynDOLOD again, it will make you CTD if it's using meshes from stuff you've uninstalled. Give your savefile a clean too, make sure there's nothing lingering in them.

Otherwise, the outside of Windhelm is spam-save central. Always hesitant to quick travel there.

I checked DyndoLOD in Wyre Bash, it isnt missing any masters, so that isnt it. Trust me I know all about DyndoLOD, you're talking to the guy who'd spend all day making LODs just to test them on different mods. Guess its time to spam save before fast traveling to Windhelm.
