Can someone explain to me why Torbjorn is so ranked so low?

His turrets seem to be the #1 thing my team struggles with in competitive mode. I always solo queue though so maybe that has something to do with it. How do you fucking stop this shit with its 360 movement and extreme rate of fire?

Faster deployment, better wallriding, and it allows you and your teammates to become much harder to hit.

Torb is ranked very low because his Turrets are very easy to deal with if you know how, and if you deal with the Turret you're playing one of the worst heros.

Tanks and Snipers are the best way to deal with them. D.Va can easily tank all the turret damage and destroy it in seconds. Winston can also jump on the Turret and destroy it, while easily eating the damage too. Reinheart can be used to block all of the damage as one of your other team mates shoots it down, and Zarya can gain energy charge from the Turret.

Hanzo and Widowmaker can also just shoot the turret from a distance, not taking any damage in the process.

Apart from that, other heros like Genji and Tracer can also deal with the Turret. The thing to keep in mind is that it can only lock onto 1 target at a time, and you can usually just peak and shoot the turret without taking damage.

Being able to move faster is always good. Especially when everyone in your group can move faster. Your entire team deathballing with Lucio, rolling over defenders, is pretty much how every offensive push goes.

Some are but the main problem is that ALL classes have something broken in them, specially the tank class. Seriously, aside from Zenyatta and Reaper what counters a Zarya/Reinhardt/DVA? Hell even Reaper isn't a hard counter without a Zenyatta supporting him. They need to nerf/buff all classes across the board

Before the 1 hero limit was enforced in competitive, the meta was to rush point A with 5 Winstons and 1 Lucio and it was fucking cancer

The main problem of that in Comp from my perspective was people abusing the fuck out of the overtime mechanic by statcking an ASSLOAD of tracers/d.va, but that's the mechanic of overtime itself being a problem, not hero availability.
Although I don't want see several Zen on one team going YOU'RE GETTING A BALL AND YOU'RE GETTING A BALL AND EVERYONE'S GETTING A BALL!
