I see what you mean, I don't know how someone can reveal her and her team the pinpoint locations of attackers, yes this isn't a very realistic game but most of the features require some kind of gadget etc to work not just a knife to the throat. Also just from a logical standpoint you would think a defender would have a better knowledge of where their teammates are given they have to set up defenses (obviously switching this ability to an attacker would be less valuable given you usually know roughly where the enemies are anyway and they are well defended but its still a headscratcher)

An ace is when you kill all 5 people on the other team. A clutch is when you win a round by yourself (usually vs a superior amount of players). You can have an ace clutch, where you kill 5 people by yourself while the rest of your team is dead.

All other aspects of presentation in this game are fairly grounded. No Call of Duty style 'killed by X' popup with a marijuana leaf image during the killcam. No cheesy dialogue after eliminating the enemy team.

But then this shit pops out of nowhere. The operators used to look like they were there to do their job. It looks stupid in this setting.

They could have had different styles of facepaint or camo, removed helmets, modern day helmets for respective CTUs, and other tacticool customizations. Instead we got movie references, summer beach party, and clown masks.
