You can get them from SRs but that's less efficient. Sword and Gun are the easiest to get because the casino weapons count as gacha weapons and give out more elements as a result.

If you can't roll her this year, save up money and crystals and try again next year! It's what I'm doing for Summer Kumuyu. Except I'm not saving till next year, I'm actually saving till Christmas just to see how many SSRs I can roll in...however many crystals and 10 Roll tickets I accumulate over the months. My two legfests left me with 11 SSRs and some great characters except for water so I'm hopefully set until then. Just gotta work on pools now.

Legfest is higher chance to get ssr. rate up is higher chance to get what you want.

If you roll 30 times, you have a better chance of getting what you want from rate up.
