you have great amount of ram but i think there is something wrong with your GPU .. like how the fuck a gpu use max ram when you have 16 Gb ram ? i have gtx 960 4gb and 8 gb ram and i run every game i have on max settings .. if i started to lose fps i just lower the shadow settings and everything run smoothly
