people tend to gravitate towards a small subset of characters, not too many people are completely proficient in the whole roster
honestly if you haven't been able to decide whether you'd enjoy it by now you should just walk away

did they move? go stand with them. They can't protect you if you're being an epic leet sniper from a quarter-mile behind them.

HUG YOUR TANK
Ana is perfectly fine at close range if you don't overextend, just sit behind your tank and quickscope people. Makes it easier to sleep dart people and aim grenades. You're not a widowmaker, so don't position yourself like one.
