Heart Seal. Will change from a basic to a basic, or an advanced to an advanced. Once you go Advanced there's no going back though, so if you want basic skills you better grab them before you hit Level 19/Master seal.

If you heart seal you'll get the base class skills first you know.

So if you heart seal over at level 15 promoted the next 4 level ups will get you all 4 skills of that class line.

You can still get base skills after promotion. You just learn them on the subsequent level ups.
