Your lips are severely fucked up, edges everywhere. Make the lips bigger, then smooth them. The nose is completely destroyed and needs to be replaced, no smoothing can fix that, not sure what even happened there. You see, those "kid mods" have terrible facegen, actually the worst you can get. Its all fucked up and just shit. Making a childface, for whatever reason you might have to do that, is a really hard thing to do. You have to be good at making faces in general before you can create a convincing child face.

If you are using Racemenu, you can open a preset with a normal nose, go to the sculpt tab, export the headmesh (F5). Then you load your currents character face and mask the entire face (must be blue) except the face. Then you import (f9) your nose preset you just changed, untick everything in the following window except for "femalehead". This would replace the nose.
