IIRC, Heaven's Blade has a higher chance of doing critical hits. I pretty much remember it being the P3 equivalent of P4's Primal Force. Also, it's exclusive to Michael, so you should definitely keep it.

That Famitsu video has sold me on the dungeon gameplay. The boring looking platforming had me worried, but the footage of the art gallery with the sliding and cover and such actually looks pretty good, and seems to replicate the same style of dodging shadows in P3/4 without it getting as repetitive and lame-feeling.
