Probably. I wouldn't be surprised to see regional occupation limits change a lot as well. They also need to invent a reason for lizardmen to mess around in the other parts of the map that isn't just stopping the chaos invasion. Maybe they should have an objective to fuck up the skaven, since they really hate them?

Having Chaos and by extension Skaven as their main objective would work well I think. The only thing is they're not really expansionists.
It will be interesting to see what CA does with the Wood Elves given they're also not expansionists. If wood Elves get some kind of unique settlement/campaign map BS I can see their mechanics transferring over the the Liazardmen as well.

The theatre system is a concession towards actually putting the entire world from America to India in the game. The Warhammer world changed shape a lot and it's less of an issue that everything is squeezed together than in a historical game. Might as well have a continuous map if it's possible.

How come some battles are randomly unplayable? I just crushed maurienburg, then I attacked his city since I stole his mortar I was able to do it on the same turn. Battle map loads, and it is constant stuttering, completely unplayable. I've only had this once before in a large beast path battle.
