Go to supercheap auto and buy factory colour spray paint cans and do dodgy touchups or you could do it properly and sand back the roughness and mask it etc. it's around $13 for a 150ml can and i sprayed all the dings and shit on my car and still had half left and that car has been through lots of shit.
