9 seconds is stupid on such a powerful ult with such range. It's going down to at least 5 or 6, the swing range might decrease too and hopefully they fix his hitboxes.

You can consume souls from enemies that you didn't eliminate (They were too far when they died) and you wont consume souls at full hp, so its really hit and miss.

Realistically, souls consumed at full hp should grant you a small speed boost. Like, 20% faster move speed for 2 seconds.

Ana kind of buffed him. Assassinating a Bastion healed 100 HP/sec or 200 with biotic nade is suddenly a lot harder.

FPS games takes a very long time to get good at you just have to keep playing it over and over until you just git gud.

Tracer still get easily killed with animation cancelling though, literally M1 + shift and she's on the floor. I think it does somewhere around 160 damage?

I don't disagree, I don't remember the last time I saw a nonGenji PotG but last time I played Junkrat thinking that I could maybe stop Genji from destroying everyone with his Ult with my Beartrap and the PotG had him destroying it with his first slash in his Ult. That's fucking stupid, he was midair.

Earlier today as Pharah, he killed me from below a bridge with his slash. He was literally standing under the bridge in Route 66 and it he slashed underneath me and the bridge that I was standing on and it still killed me. That's also fucking retarded

winston or zarya. Winston has the mobility to keep up and is reasonably tanky enough to not die and has a piss easy time tracking him with his auto aim. Zarya can shield from his damage and is slightly more powerful if charged up but has a harder time tracking and keeping up with him. Symmetra is alright if you can lead him into a turret trap but dies too easily if not.

why do people think level doesn't mean anything? How does going up against people that have literally 3x the time invested in the game not put them in a more advantageous position against me? No one can really say for sure, it all depends on you.
I've played fps games before and i started with CS1.6 then Quake then Battlefield.
So it basically took me a lot shorter time to adjust to the game's mechanics.
But if you're new like you said you are, i'd say maybe a few months.

Some people are capable of austicially playing the game over and over and not learning anything.

Hell, there are people in my office job who have been there for 20 years and probably haven't learned a goddamn thing in the last 15 years. They just do the same shit over and over.

Levels literally mean nothing else other than "This person has been playing for longer than this player."
But the skill ceiling in this game is so low that, as long as you're not level 30, levels don't matter.
