That´s really hard to believe, especially because every single hero has some niche and different playstyle. Even WK that might seem like a dumb one button hero is hard when you realize that your entire hero can get denied for the rest of the game just by not getting enough farm

Tinker was actually the least of the problems for me in the teamfight, I built linkens against LCs ulti and halberd to disable her when she ults somebody else, it did save people multiple times but maybe it wasn't worth it.

sometimes a RoA before midas is good so you can last hit

a blink/force/sb after midas instead of BoTs is often helpful, all he needs is level 6 to have solokill potential on almost any hero

maelstrom after midas+1 mobility item is normal, get it first if you want to afk farm

in terms of skills, go 202 into either 2041 (last hitting/setting traps with wraiths) to 4021 (killing non escape heroes). Unless you feel you need an escape plan against ranged carries or need to defend towers early (ie drow) ignore magnetic field until you've got both offensive spells maxed

farm conservatively with your hero and aggressively with your double

get a good feel for what situational items you need/like. There's a fair bit of personal preference. I like orchid a fair bit, it's much harder to get around 2 of them and bloodthorn is great in a lot of games.

Depends where you are as a player. Are you in the 3-5k bracket obsessed with gaining mmr that means nothing? (Not saying MMR means nothing, but with a certain attitude it does)
If you're not in that place, but wanna actually get better at Dota, as soon as you see a shitty draft, just do your best to learn something from the game. Hard games are the best learning experience after all, carries don't shine with an easy game, but by doing clutch shit in bad games with no farm.

It took me way too long to realise that fun in Overwatch comes in dominating other players which is easy in it, instead of fun and good mechanics. Production value made it seem like it's a fantastic game though. I had my fun with it, worst competitive system ever though.
