You don't need to be as lenient with your ult as others, it charges really quickly. Just remember to heal them while theyre going rambo.

Heal grenade will break when it hits allies, so don't try and hit a wall adjacent to them when its just one person. Also its a given but sometimes I see Anas who don't use their grenade to heal themselves. Its 100 hp and you're the healer. Its worth it 90% of the time.
Don't sit at a sniper spot just because you're a "sniper". You should be in your team as much as you can be with your rifle so far up your tank's ass you get his dildo stuck on your barrel. You should only be scoping in when you need to.

Everything is scaled by 10, including your current comp point reserves and how much you earn from games. If anything you'll actually get them faster since it seems you'll also get some points for ties. Are you dumb?

Deflect being the size of a Reinhardt barrier is fucking retarded.
Genji's ult should not last longer than Zenyatta's ult, even if you use it 1 or 2 seconds after Genji's ult being unleashed on your team, you risk them dying. You still can get killed even if you activate it at the right time because Genji's ult lasts too long.
It's not as bad as people make out to be, just that once in a while you might end up in a team of memesters so you can safely remove your XXL sized buttplug.
The Zenyatta should change. You don't need a second support when you already have Mercy.
People from competitive will also be in quick play. Find them and group up with them. Or just continue playing randoms and complain here when it doesn't work out
