You can't. I play her all the time and you should switch when you lose point A. Your spawn is literally right on top of point B so her ulti becomes useless and the chamber is too open to hide turrets well. Symm needs some love to make her more viable as a full-match choice at the moment; she is literally the only character in the game with this kind of pick pattern.
