Seiko does resent what happened. Pretty clearly so. But she's not the kind of person to torture or rape someone else; she's far too reserved for that. She's trying to kill the two of them in a fit of passion, yes, but I think kill is pretty much where the line gets drawn. And she starts to regret her actions shortly before her death.
