Not true. I've done 4 level 120 Cerbs and already had 2 gun drops. As long as you can clear Maniac and Nightmare it really seems like you could pull it off.

Actually pretty damn good. Not as good as Nebu, but not bad either. I'd say probably the best bullet distribution in the game besides Nebu and MAYBE the GW gun. It also has 5 bullet slots which is really good. Only those two guns have more and only at max. Ougi effect considered, it's a excellent darkslinger weapon, hades or no. The lack of big attack up will probably turn some people off though and max Nebu will always be the most superior choice.
