Are payload maps next season going to be stopwatch now that coinflips are gone or will the game simply end in a tie if both teams complete it? If it's stopwatch that shit is going to be awful because only the first team to attack gets to really play the map.

>Second team loses the first teamfight and is now incapable of beating the first teams time
>Have to sit there for 3 and a half minutes waiting for the game to be over knowing you can't win

Absolutely retarded, considering payloads have a max speed you're going to run into so many situations where one team has mathematically lost the game but has to wait around for a couple minutes for the game to end.

I can't believe they don't see this issue, it happens all the time in pro games, the only difference in pro games is that they can GG out preemptively to not waste time.

I meant that one new map isn't going to make a big difference in the current rotation. You'll still end up mostly playing the base maps and depending on the RNG gods you'll get to play the new one only sporadically.
