8psi in that manifold is probably around 30psi in through your POS honda in terms of flow.

Measure of how much air the turbo is squashing into the engine. How much more pressure over ambient. Hard to calculate the power added per pound. If the engine was perfect 14.7 psi of boost would double the power, but that never happens.
