Why is it so fucking hard to find a decent guild?

Back in the WoTLK / early Cata days I could find a good guild after spending like half an hour in trade chat, fill an app on their website and enjoy raiding / shitposting in guild chat with some cool faggots.

Now when I'm looking for a raiding guild for Legion, I either find some hard-fucking-core mythic only guilds with 6h raids raids 5 days a week that require you to be basically be on Method level of game knowledge to join, or some casual as fuck guilds made by 2 irl normalfag friends that have no idea how raiding works and will just get bored and quit 2 weeks into the expansion.

Fuck me, why did my previous guild had to die, playing with them literally made for the happiest days in my life.

gear should be awarded on these criteria in order of importance
> what role: what helps the raid the most (this is rarely an issue outside of early progress when dps need to be geared over tanks or healers)
> who's the best: pretty self-explanatory, the best players should get the gear first as they can utilize it best
>who needs it the most: a marginal upgrade for a better player might help the raid less than a huge upgrade for an average player
>who's the most reliable: a good player is no use to the raid if he's not actually in it, playing and participating

obviously there is nuance to it, but I think this is a good guideline in general

I've been maining elemental for years but I grew tired of being constantly fucked by Blizzard in every single patch, so I'm thinking about switching to enh. The gameplay itself is fun and I've heard they are doing quite well on beta.

I bought 2 of them and I'm not even going to play those characters anymore. Boosting makes it so that you feel no connection to the character. it was a mistake.

I don't know how it scales, but at level 42, I got almost 2% xp for killing a single mob

I don't know of out works, but maybe if you fly around killing mobs you'll get enough xp for invasions to be with it

No its not.

Old version you could cycle 4-5 characters over the invasion, getting a 2~ levels each.
Now you have to spend an extra 20-30 minutes per character for like 20% more, and you can only cycle 2-3 characters per invasion depending on how spread they are.

Its a net benefit per character, but over several characters it works out much worse since you have to spend much more time per character.

So you do the dalaran quest, you visit ulduar, you visit kharazan and then you give the lady a book and I'm assuming the followup is bugged because nothing happens after that and it seems like a weird place to end.
