this is somewhat true but the effect is mitigated by behavior score

if you have a sub-8000 behavior score you effectively have no chance to gain mmr. you really want over 9000 to try to gain.

82 creeps spawn in ten minutes, you have additional access to the hard camp and the small camp, 90 at 10 minutes is easy as fuck in a lane with a support who zones, 100 is really good, you kill 70 lane creeps and 5 hard camps and you're at 85, hit the small camp twice and yoiu're in the 90's. Sven is obviously the "best" for hard farming early, but jug, am, and slark are also really good for it.

All I can say is that when I was at 6k and 7k matches were so low quality and painful that I stopped playing with players and went to play with the bots on the dead servers like Dubai until I hit 8k.

But they're clean and soft, just like skin anywhere else in the body.
