Note that heart cross leads are just the best leads. That doesn't mean they're the only ones able to clear content, only that they are the fastest and easiest way to do it. Any lead on the tier list will clear 99% of content and leads not on the list still clear almost everything if you put in the hypermaxes and monsters.

I feel the same way. Granted this is the first cross leader I ever mained, but he just has the right amount of everything to be fun. Though I wish it was kind of easier to stall with him because too often skyfalls kill the enemy when all I wanted was the heart shield.

What is the most efficient place to skill up non-Awoken Parvati? I'm guessing that it's best to do technicals with Green Pengdra since I need to level her up anyway.

Heart crosses cross over from round to round so long as you keep sweeping. Preemptives also count as a turn (even non-damaging ones) and dispell it. you must have made a cross on the first floors and it just carried with you.
