DB is not that valuable until you already have one crit item. You never get it by itself. Malice is more effective alone. You can get it before WD, but WD is cheaper and will get you ahead faster, plus the extra stats from the proc work amazing with PS.

But that also means WD and PS won't be criting as hard. I think that would probably be worth it, more than expending that whole time with low power crit items to then get DB. The passives are nice but i think you can survive with PS only for a while before forming that pseudo-frostalis combo. The gap between WD and DB is not that big.

25% slow that doesn't linger or anything isn't that great. Increase it to 35%, have it linger for .5 seconds after leaving the area.

Does this game has a lore like Dota or LeL? I understand the "hurr durr all gods have a story" thing, but is there a major purpose as to why they are fighting each other? I can't seem to find anything. All the events so far seem like unrelated cash grabs and the game is starting to feel very shallow. I really enjoy the gameplay aspect but does this game has anything else to offer?

Well, there's two T5 skins in the game right now. Archon Thanatos and that mecha Thor skin. Both transform but for different reasons.

Is there a use for Terra's wall shatter? Between giving up the stun and it being a hassle to line up and use I'm just not seeing any use out of it.

You can use it to deny your allies a kill if they're just about to catch up to an enemy. You put a wall right in front of them, block their path, miss the stun, AND let them get away. This is a trick that every single Terra on my team deploys
